This module will take you through a structured process to identify opportunities for your organisation. The method we teach in this program puts your customer (or client or consumer) at the very heart of this process and shows you how to use your customer to identify growth opportunities for your organisation. You will learn a formula to mathematically evaluate the size of each of the growth opportunities that you uncover. By the end of this module, you will have a practical and simple-to-use methodology for unlocking significant growth opportunities.
Module 2: Generating Disruptive Innovations
This module will provide you with a toolkit of methods that have been scientifically proven to help anyone (no matter how creative or uncreative you currently see yourself as being) generate truly breakthrough and disruptive solutions to the growth opportunities you have identified in Module 1.
