We have spent the last few months geeking out over the tens of thousands of data points we get to analyse for the BRW Most Innovative companies list. And today (well, technically last night in our inaugural awards night), we can finally reveal who Australia’s 50 Most Innovative Companies are for 2015. A massive congratulations to the folk at Planet Innovation, who topped the list; to MYOB, who have crept up to #2, and to Mirvac, for making their list debut in third place.
This year the list featured for the very first time a collection of category award winners. The winners of these inaugural awards are:
Most Innovative Small Company (30 < 100 employees): | Planet Innovation |
Most Innovative Medium Company (100 > 500 employees): | Seeing Machines |
Most Innovative Large Company (< 500 employees): | MYOB |
Best Innovation Program: | Mirvac |
Best Innovation Culture: | Australian Innovative Systems |
Best Product Innovation: | Seeing Machines |
Best Service Innovation: | Collingwood Football Club |
Best Process Innovation: | Orora Group |
Best Business Model Innovation: | PEXA |
Best Internal/HR Innovation: | Laing O’Rouke Australia |
Best Marketing Innovation: | Clemenger BBDO |
Best Overall Innovation: | PEXA |
Finally, if you didn’t happen to be at last night’s awards, we’ll put together some footage of my keynote on “How to be Australia’s Most Innovative Company” and post that in our eNewsletter in a few weeks time.
If you are feeling all excited and inspired (and perhaps a little jealous) over the superstars on this year’s list, feel free to pre-register your details to be in the running for 2016.
