What we did
- Ran a full-day Innovation lab training program, teaching the team idea generation tools, tools to enhance creative output from groups, methods to shift people’s mindsets to produce more innovative outcomes, and a methodology for better decision-making.
The results
Three months post-training, the team saw:
- An overall innovation performance improvement of 43%.
- A 52% improvement in problem solving skills.
- A 49% improvement in both the productivity and output of brainstorming sessions.
