Research conducted at the University of Chicago found that in 2020, just 14% of American adults said they were very happy, down from 31% who said the same in 2018. While this is not particularly surprising, it’s really quite depressing to reflect on. Not many people are feeling insanely happy right now.
With COVID infections and deaths still happening all over the world, and with border closures and semi-regular lockdowns still being part of our life here in Australia, it can sometimes feel hard to find things to feel joyous about on a daily basis. So we want to help.
