How to reinvent your workday to boost your productivity and wellbeing

In terms of a time commitment, it will take you no more than 10 minutes per week to “consume” the content (we’ve created short and sharp videos for you to watch) and plan how you’ll use the tools. There is also five-minute pre-program and post-program survey for you to complete. We only report on aggregated scores, so your data will remain completely confidential.
