Innovation Roadmap

Overview

So you have decided that innovation is a strategic priority for you. But what drives organisational innovation? And where is the best place to focus your efforts? The Innovation Roadmap delivers data-driven insights and recommendations for you to drive innovation at your organisation in the next 12 – 18 months. And we don’t just leave you there – regular mentoring sessions make sure you and your team feel supported while you implement these actions.

What’s it like?

The Roadmap is a three-pronged approach to focussing your efforts. Firstly, there’s the report, which introduces you to the nine key drivers of innovation, assesses your organisation on each of these drivers and then provides a comprehensive roadmap to drive positive change. It’ll also include a clear action plan to successfully implement these changes. Second, there’s a workshop. Not just any old workshop. We’ll take your Senior Leaders through the recommendations, get their feedback and designate action owners and stage gates. Finally, we want to work with you to make these changes stick. So, we’ll run quarterly mentoring sessions with the innovation lead and action owners to ensure they are on track to kick some serious innovation goals.

How does it work?

The Innovation Roadmap is a very straightforward journey. We gather all the data we need via:

  • An eight-minute online survey distributed to your whole organisation. The survey gathers employees’ perceptions of innovation at your organisation.
  • An hour-long written submission for your innovation lead to complete. This provides more in-depth information on how innovation is embedded at your organisation.
  • An online form distributed to six senior leaders to gain more detailed insight into the innovation program and its effectiveness.

What will it achieve?

Here’s a taster of what you can expect:

  • A clear path forward for innovation in your organisation for the next 12-18 months.
  • A data-driven action plan which focusses your efforts on the most valuable changes.
  • A clear understanding of what drives organisational innovation.
  • Ability to use real data to make strategic decisions on priority areas.
  • Invaluable mentoring support to help you stick to your plan and achieve your goals.
