The Roadmap is a three-pronged approach to focussing your efforts. Firstly, there’s the report, which introduces you to the nine key drivers of innovation, assesses your organisation on each of these drivers and then provides a comprehensive roadmap to drive positive change. It’ll also include a clear action plan to successfully implement these changes. Second, there’s a workshop. Not just any old workshop. We’ll take your Senior Leaders through the recommendations, get their feedback and designate action owners and stage gates. Finally, we want to work with you to make these changes stick. So, we’ll run quarterly mentoring sessions with the innovation lead and action owners to ensure they are on track to kick some serious innovation goals.
