Identify the high-impact use cases where AI agents will actually move the needle in your day-to-day, not just look cool in a demo
Build and deploy AI agents that automate real work, agents that do the job, not just politely assist with it
Embed agents into your workflow so they quietly carry the load, freeing you up for the work that actually needs a human brain

You know you could build an agent, you just don't know which one or where to even start
You know you could build an agent, you just don't know which one or where to even start
You manage a team and need to know this stuff yourself before you can drag anyone else along with you
You use AI every day but you're still doing way too much manually, agents are the bit you haven't figured out yet
Who we built this program for
In this program we’ll focus on:

Building agents that actually behave
The difference between an agent that quietly gets stuff done and one that causes more problems than it solves. You'll build ones that do exactly what you need, reliably, every time.
Finding your best opportunities
No guessing, no generic templates. We hand you the frameworks to figure out exactly where in your own workflow an agent will make the biggest dent.
Building your knowledge and critique agents
Stop answering the same question for the fifth time this week. Build a knowledge agent your team can self-serve from, plus a critique buddy that gives consistent, no-awkward-conversation feedback.
Leading your team and knowing the limits
Agents are powerful, not bulletproof. You'll learn where they shine, where you still need a human in the loop, and how to bring your team along with confidence instead of guesswork.
FAQ
Common questions we’re happy to answer
Most training focuses on sharing information. We focus on changing behaviour. We teach a small number of high-impact tools people can start using straight away, rather than complex frameworks that never leave the slide deck.
Our sessions are designed to be practical and engaging, because if people are bored, nothing changes. And we build reinforcement into the approach, so it’s not just a good day in the room, it actually sticks. We translate ideas into specific behaviours people can use day to day.
That might include simple rituals, tools, shared team habits, or leader cues. We also help teams agree on practical norms, like how meetings run, how priorities are set, and how decisions get made.
If needed, we can include follow-up sessions, mentoring or short sprints to help embed the habits and remove roadblocks.Yes. We adapt the examples, tools, and scenarios to your environment and workforce.
We’ll recommend the right delivery format based on your constraints, such as time, audience size, hybrid or remote teams, and industry.
The core method stays consistent so it works, but how it’s applied is tailored to your situation.People start using the tools immediately. Not someday, but the next day.
Early changes often look like:
-
Clearer priorities and next actions
-
Fewer unnecessary meetings, or sharper ones
-
More focus time
-
Faster decisions with less friction
-
Greater confidence and momentum (including with GenAI where relevant)
Bigger shifts build over the following weeks as the new habits take hold.
-
We agree on what success looks like at the start. That might include time saved, focus levels, energy, adoption, decision speed, or job satisfaction.
We keep measurement simple and useful. This can include:-
Short pre- and post-program pulse checks
-
Behaviour adoption indicators
-
Qualitative feedback and leader observations
No heavy bureaucracy. Just enough to know what’s working.
